A: There is no minimum purchase to get the Free Shipping. NoiseGateMovies offers Free Standard Shipping (Media Mail), 2-9 Days delivery time, depending on where you live for all U.S. zone customers. We also offer optional upgrade shipping First-Class, Priority and Express if the customer chooses to pay for quicker delivery. International customers will have to pay shipping costs.
Q: What are "Collections" and what do I get with them?
A: Collections are bundles of movies from one particular actor, director, genre or decade. Collections can range quantities from 3 to 80+ movies per Collection. When you click on a certain Collection you will get every movie that is listed and shown in that particular Collection. (Movies in a Collection are exactly as displayed in the picture).
Q: Does NoiseGateMovies accept returns?
A: Yes, all returns must be within 30 days from the date of purchase. Item(s) must be in the same condition when shipped. We will not refund damaged products. (e.g. broken discs, excessive scratches, missing discs, torn covers and artwork, etc.)
We encourage our customers to read the full product descriptions, so you know exactly what item(s) you're getting to help eliminate returns.
Q: What is the 100% Product Guarantee?
A: Every movie that we sell has a 100% Product Guarantee. If by chance the disc does not play, defective disc, you may return that product and we will immediately issue you a full refund upon arrival if in fact the disc is defective. We will also refund your return shipping postage.
Q: When will I receive my movie?
A: All orders are shipped out same day of purchase Mon.-Fri. via U.S.P.S. Any orders placed after 4:00 p.m. (MST) will be scheduled to ship the following day. In most cases the ship time is between 2-9 business days with our Free Standard Shipping. Holidays and weekends may delay delivery time.
Q: What if I never receive my movie?
A: Each order will be shipped with a U.S.P.S. tracking number. Once an order is shipped you will receive an email with that tracking number. If you have not received your movie(s) in 2 days after the estimated delivery time frame please contact us and we will open a case with U.S.P.S. If by chance U.S.P.S. loses your movie or you never receive it according to the tracking number we will issue you a full refund.
